3. Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance: Placing an item in your cart or receiving an initial checkout receipt does not constitute final order acceptance. An order is confirmed once payment has cleared and dispatch processing begins.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless currency localization applies. We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing errors before dispatch.
Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments and authorized third-party gateways (Apple Pay/Google Pay). You authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the full order amount.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout are transit estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods transfer to you upon successful carrier delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Our returns, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy and statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
